2024-2025 SPRING SEMESTER INTERNSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Students...

In the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 18.08.2021; It was decided that in accordance with the 4th article of the "Framework Regulation on Applied Training in Higher Education", which was published in the Official Gazette dated 17.06.2021 and numbered 31514, it is not mandatory to provide vocational training or internship in the enterprise in some associate degree programs. Our School's "Computer Programming and Web Design and Coding" Programs have also been excluded from the scope of compulsory workplace internship.

Considering the above-mentioned YÖK decision, and aiming for our students to acquire work practice habits (also considering students with professional experience), in accordance with the decision numbered 4 taken at the 15th meeting of the Trakya University Senate dated September 23, 2021, our School's internship practice is carried out by counting the work experience or in the form of homework-project.

Internship Application Start Date: April 14, 2025

Internship applications will be made via the form in the INTERNSHIP menu tab and will be active until the end of business hours on April 30, 2025.

Only students who have applied will have their internship procedures carried out, and students who have not applied within the due date will be able to do their internships in the internship processes that will open in the next academic year. Students whose internships have been accepted before do not need to apply.

Students who want their work experience to be counted instead of internship must submit documents to our School of Higher Education.

Internship Homework Application period will take place between May 05, 2025 and June 13, 2025. The deadline for submission is June 13, 2025.

Internship Homework Topics will be announced by the relevant Instructor via LMS during the application period.

You can complete your assignments determined by the instructor within the time limit and upload them to the system or send them to the relevant instructor via e-mail
