Documents required for registration

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

1- No documents will be requested from the candidates who will register electronically.

2- Candidates who will register face-to-face will apply with the original of the diploma or the newly dated graduation certificate from the secondary education institution they graduated from, and a photocopy of the document will be taken and the original will be delivered to the candidate.

3- A document stating the status of candidates who have the right to enroll in our university's programs, but who are at the graduation stage in secondary education institutions, associate degree programs or undergraduate programs and will take internship, make-up or single course exams (It will be taken from the secondary education institution they are registered to)

4- Document regarding payment of contribution / tuition fee, if any (Bank receipt)

a) Candidates who will register electronically (E-Registration) via e-Government and who are placed in secondary education programs can pay their tuition fees from all AKBANK branches in our country by notifying their student numbers.

b) Candidates who will register at the Registration Center and who are placed in secondary education programs can pay their contribution / tuition fees by notifying their student numbers from all AKBANK branches in our country, or they can also deposit them in the Bank Branch to be opened in the Registration Center during registration.)

In addition, candidates who have accounts at AKBANK can pay their contribution/tuition fees via Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, and Automatic Payment methods.

Candidates who do not have an account at AKBANK can pay via ATM devices as cardless transactions, by entering the student number, using the payment method at the box office.

5- Military status certificate. (Military status of male candidates will be questioned through the Ministry of National Defense. If necessary, a military status certificate will be requested during registration. Therefore, it would be useful to learn whether your military status creates an obstacle for registration by applying to www.turkiye.gov.tr ​​or your Military Service before registration.)

6- Candidates who are placed in the "Aircraft Technology" Program of Edirne Technical Sciences Vocational School of our university will be made at the registration center if they apply together with the registration documents, registration documents and documents containing the following subjects.

a) A document stating that there is no Criminal Record Record or Criminal Record Archive Record that would prevent the candidates from obtaining an airport entrance card,

b) They are required to obtain a committee report (color blindness, hearing loss / deficiency, vision loss / deficiency, etc.) provided that they have been taken from a full-fledged hospital within the last 6 months, indicating that they do not have any health problems that will prevent them from performing their profession and / or the task assigned in the profession.

7- Courses in Tunca Vocational School programs of our university will be conducted with the internet-based distance education system. Students enrolled in the program must have the opportunity to use a personal computer with an internet connection. The final exams of the fall and spring semester courses of this program will be held at the University campus or at the relevant Vocational School. (Detailed information on material expenses, midterm and end-of-year exams, etc. can be obtained from the Tunca Vocational School Directorate of our University) The phrase "distance education" will be included in the diplomas of Distance Education Programs.

At least 30% applied face-to-face training is given in vocational courses that require technical knowledge, skills and practice. You can find detailed information on the Tunca Vocational School https://tuncamyo.trakya.edu.tr web page.

Students who will enroll in Tunca Vocational School Programs will be charged a total of 1,037,50 TL for the fall semester, 625.50 TL tuition fee and 412.00 TL material fee.
